Academies Week is a new printed and online weekly newspaper for the whole school sector. Building on three successful years publishing our sister newspaper, FE Week, we have recruited an impressive editorial team. The ambition is to quickly become the ‘must read’ for everyone interested in school policies, finances and related research.
Each edition will be 20 or more pages and packed full of exclusive news, in-depth analysis, opinion pieces, book and research reviews as well as job advertisements. We will also be publishing regular event or topic related supplements.
Who is Academies Week for?
The Academies Week newspaper and online content is aimed at teachers with a broad interest in education policy and finance, as well as aspiring, middle/senior managers, leaders and governors across the whole school sector in England.
What areas of education are you interested in?
Education related news and analysis that will be relevant to the early years, primary and secondary school sectors, including specialist school provision up to the age of 19, such as Studio Schools and University Technical Colleges.
How does your recruitment section work?
Our recruitment section is easy to navigate with only schools related vacancies featured. This coupled with the Academies Week news environment makes us an effective way to take your job advert to its target audience.
All recruitment ads published in the paper will automatically gain additional coverage on the Academies Week jobs board at www.academiesweek.co.uk /jobs. They are treated as Featured Jobs where the Academies Week team will email online members about the role and tweet the role to more than 2500 Twitter followers.
Online advertising can be booked independent of the newspaper and is available in two forms – a basic job listing or a featured job.
Our experienced advertising team will give you the best advice to achieve your recruitment objectives. Our services include designing and supplying a proof of adverts.
We understand that a successful and efficient recruitment campaign is essential to any organisation. We aim to provide a quick turnaround when it comes to assisting you in advert design and uploading jobs online. You will never have to wait hours for requested edits to appear on an online posting, nor will you be required to pay a hefty premium for composite adverts.
